The Selling Process

Once you are ready to proceed with the sale of your home, the following outlines the steps involved from signing up with Your Equity Solution, right through to securing a sale:

  1. Sign the Appointment of Real Estate Agent form
  2. Preparation of home in readiness for photos & inspections
  3. Photos taken of the property for use in all advertising
  4. Implementation of the marketing plan for your property
  5. Open homes and inspections conducted
  6. Continuous feedback from us after all inspections
  7. Feedback from the market is monitored
  8. Re-evaluate pricing strategy and marketing plan as needed
  9. Presentation of offers made by prospective buyers
  10. Final Contract prepared, all terms and conditions discussed, then contract signed by all parties.
  11. Building and pest inspections, valuations and final inspections arranged
  12. Contract becomes unconditional and you can start packing!
  13. Settlement day arrives and we will organise to hand over keys to the new owners.
